Robert Maxwell, Minister of Worship & Discipleship

My family moved to Southwest Florida in 2002 after living and ministering at a Church in Northwest Arkansas for 18 years

I started as a part-time Worship Minister at Anchor in January of 2012.

We offer 2 distinct worship styles on Sunday mornings and even a blended worship style during “season”.

In January of 2015 I stepped in to the new full-time position of Music/Discipleship Minister.

At Anchor, we are striving to be a healthy church that ministers to the multiple generations of Southwest Florida. A healthy church will have maturing/mature devoted followers/disciples of Jesus Christ. These disciples are growing in their knowledge and devotion to God, their relationships to His church and in their outreach to the community.

Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:12-14
